SWING & GYPSY JAZZ BAND

Django Jet is a Brno based band playing swing and French gypsy jazz which is known for its specific violin-guitar sound. The repertoire consists of French, Czech and American swing hits in combination with instrumental songs in the style of Django Reinhardt and his Hot Club de France.

In addition to the main singer, charming Belgian-Czech Marie Gilbert (who is also an excellent swing dancer and teacher), the other two members of the band alternate in singing. In 2018 amazing cimbalom player Jiří Gužík joined the band and brought a new original sound.
